DHB Accountants took over the practice of Dowle Horrigan Ltd with effect from the 1st of April 2011, the principals and the staff remain the same.

Accountancy is not just about numbers, it's also about people. Our practice ethos is Clients First and Foremost and this is the principle which guides our work with the many privately owned and managed businesses and other organisations who use our services on a regular basis.

Our partners are Chartered Accountants with a skilled team of appropriately qualified and motivated individuals behind them. Together we are able to focus the knowledge and experience normally found in the international practices to bear on the needs of our clients.

Without our clients we would have no business and we are delighted to say that the majority of our work comes through client recommendations.

Our Partners:

Stephen Horrigan
Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He qualified with a local firm before joining the international practice of Ernst and Young working for them in their Middle East practice and their Wales office as Senior Audit Manager. He joined our practice in 1990 and is now Managing Partner responsible for his own portfolio of clients as well as the firms consulting and tax planning services.

Dawn Bray
Dawn is a Chartered Account and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a graduate in Mathematics from Cardiff University. She qualified with Ernst and Young in 1991 and joined our practice a year later. She was appointed partner responsible for coordinating our services to privately owned and managed businesses and for tax compliance services in 1999.
