As Registered Auditors we are authorised by our Institute to conduct statutory audits under the Companies Act and also the Charities Acts. We also provide reports under the Solicitors Accounting Report Rules.

We also undertake Assurance work of an Internal Audit Nature in addition to Business Health Checks.

We like to use the term Assurance rather than Compliance, turning the burdens of Compliance imposed upon Businesses by Company and Taxation Legislation to the positive rather than adopting a negative stance.
